Q: I sent an inquiry about a new never-used Ipod with problems, but I also have another Ipod Classic 160 Gb that I've use for years that suddenly wouldn't hold its charge. I took it to a local place in Illinois and they not only didn't fix it, they said they "broke the connector to the board." Can you fix this?

Q: I have a mint-condition Ipod 7th Gen Classic 160Gb silver. It's been in a box since 2014, never opened till now. I charged it till screen showed "charged." But it won't start up, and neither my PC nor Itunes recognize it when I connect it. I've tried three different cables, including the one in the box, never used before.
